Statements of Faith - Absolute Surrender

GALATiANS 2:20

I have been crucified with CHRIST; it is no longer I who live but CHRIST lives in me; and the life which I now live I live faith in THE SON OF GOD who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Romans 3:22
And this righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no distinction.

Romans 6:6
We know that our old self was crucified with Him so that the body of sin might be rendered powerless, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.

Song of Solomon 6:3
I am my Beloved’s, And my Beloved is mine. He feeds his flock among the lilies.

Psalm 100:3
Know that the LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.

MATTHEW 6:10

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Matthew 4:17
From that time on Jesus began to preach, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near."

Matthew 7:21
Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven.

Matthew 6:33
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.

Matthew 4:19
Then He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

To be absolutely surrendered to God is to choose to obey His Word and walk in His Way of Holiness. It is to choose to be molded into the person He desires us to be. We surrender our will for His willingly and with great expectation to see what God will do and is doing in us.
To be absolutely surrendered to God is to be content in all things, as Paul wrote to the church in Philippi, "Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: I know how to live humbly, and I know how to abound. I am accustomed to any and every situation—to being filled and being hungry, to having plenty and having need." (Philippians 4:11, 12).
To be absolutely surrendered to God is to give Him my life, my time, my finances: all of which He has given me. For I did not create myself nor did I save myself. God is the God of all my days. He blesses His people when they choose to be obedient to His Word. I want the blessings of God that I might bless Him and bless others with the blessings He gives me.
To be absolutely surrendered to God is to know "joy unspeakable" and have "the peace that passes understanding" even in hard times, sorrowful times,  wearying times. (1 Peter 1:8; Philippians 4:7). It is to have absolute faith in the knowledge that God is in control and knows what He is doing; to trust God at all times.
To be absolutely surrendered to God is to listen for His voice and Hear Him speak when I search out His presence to spend time with Him in prayer. Prayer is how the surrendered heart communicates with its God.
Today is the day to be absolutely surrendered to God. While there is still time.

A Crucified Life - - Answers The Call to Leave It All For The Sake of The Kingdom

    Luke 18:29,30
"Truly I tell you," Jesus replied, "no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God will fail to receive many times more in this age - and in the age to come, eternal life."

These words were said to the rich young ruler, who had observed the law and obeyed the commandments since he was young (verses 18-28). But Jesus knew this man's heart, as He knows all hearts, and that the man would not be so easily persuaded to give away his treasury. Are we not just as guilty when we refuse to part with whatever we hold most dear to our hearts?

God is the God of Restoration.
    Matthew 6:33
"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you."
    Matthew 19:29
"And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or fields for the sake of My Name will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life."
    Mark 10:29,30
“Truly I tell you,” Jesus replied, “no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for My sake and for the gospel will fail to receive a hundredfold in the present age—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and fields, along with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life."

There's your real prosperity gospel. Our souls prosper when we surrender everything we have, leave (the opinions of) everyone we love and give all that we are to His mighty hand. For in His hand is Life and Life Eternal. God wants to be first in our lives. So does everyone else. But only we can make a decision who we will listen to and follow.
We must consider the consequences of our intended direction, taking time out of our busyness to contemplate the results of our actions. This would be the wise action to take. Seldom do we make wise decisions, especially when we are young children or young adults. But God desires us to seek Him out first, whether early in life or early in the day. To put what He wants (His will) ahead of what we want (our own will) for our lives.

    LIFE: Job 12:10 & Acts 17:28; Psalm 31:15
DEATH: Ecclesiastes 9:1-6
LIFE ETERNAL: John 1:1-3; John 20:27
DEATH ETERNAL: Revelation 20:14,15
    PROSPERITY: 1 Chronicles 29:12
LACK: Philippians 4:11,12

Why does the Bible say 'many are called but few are chosen'? (Matthew 22:14). Because all of us are called to do our part in the kingdom, but not everyone wants to be in this kingdom. Nor does everyone want to do what it takes to serve in this kingdom.
We are all called to salvation. Yet, the path to salvation is narrow. It is the width of a cross. The path to salvation is small. It is the size of a mustard seed. The path to salvation is both old and fresh. The call to be saved through Jesus Christ still rings out, yet the plan of salvation was set in motion when Adam and Eve sinned.
We are all called to serve in this kingdom. In whatsoever capacity God sees fit to use us, that is where we will serve. But wherever we serve God, it will be for the advancement of God's kingdom.
We are all called to love each other like Christ loves us: willingly, wholeheartedly and sacrificially.

Signs & Wonders of Christ's Arrival - - The Son Reigns Forever

Luke 1:32, 33
He will be great and will be called the Son of the most High. The Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David, and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever. His kingdom will never end!

*Strong's Ex. Conc. No. 936
Reign: to exercise dominion over, to be king and exercise kingly power; to hold rule over
From the Greek word 'basileuó' (pronounced bas-il-yoo'-o). Reference No. 932: Authority, Sovereignty, kingship and kingdom.

He will have authority over everything created, both nature and people.

There is no god greater. There is no higher power than God's. There is one King and He is the KING OF KINGS (Revelation 19:16) and THE LORD OF LORDS.

ISAIAH 6 by Todd Agnew

Have you met my King Jesus? He wants to be your King, too. He desires our hearts to align with His. God chose His Son to be King over not only all of Israel, but all of Abraham's seed, as well.
Abraham believed God and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Genesis 15:6 and Romans 4:3
Therefore, Abraham's seed, children, are the people who believe God, who take Him at His WORD. And what is this WORD? JESUS CHRIST. KING OF KINGS. LORD OF LORDS. FAITHFUL AND TRUE. SON OF THE MOST HIGH. SON OF GOD. SON OF MAN. SON OF THE LIVING GOD. WONDERFUL. COUNSELOR. PRINCE OF PEACE. ALMIGHTY GOD. EVERLASTING FATHER. FIRSTFRUITS. THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE.
John 11:25, 26
"Jesus said to her, "I am THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE; the one believing in Me, even if he should die, he will live. And everyone living and believing in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?"

And I, like Martha, reply, "Yes, Lord, “I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world.”
Do you believe? Will you let Jesus reign in your hearts today?

Thanks Be To God - - For HIs Kingdom

1 CORINTHIANS 4:20
For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

1 Corinthians 2:4, 5
And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

*Strong's Ex. Conc. No. 932
Kingdom: sovereignty, authority, realm; the realm in which  a king sovereignly rules
From the Greek word 'basileia' (pronounced bas-il-i'-ah).
The word 'kingdom' refers to any location wherein a king rules with sovereign power. Whether that location is a physical location; for instance, on a map, where you can pinpoint a kingdom. Kingdoms are built and kingdoms are destroyed. Be careful who is ruling in the kingdom of your hearts. If God lives in you by the Power of Christ, the God is your King. If, however, God does not live in you, then Satan is your king.

If we are God's servants, we wear the armor He has provided for us (Ephesians 6:10-20). Such armor makes it possible for we who are of God's kingdom to take down and overpower the kingdom of darkness, where spiritual wickedness rules (Ephesians 6:12).

If we are living righteous lives according to the righteousness of God and His Word, then the kingdom of God is, indeed, in our midst.
Luke 17:21
Nor will people say, 'Look, here it is,' or 'There it is.' For you see, the kingdom of God is in your midst."
And what do the Scriptures say is the kingdom of God? =
THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS CHRIST
1 Corinthian 1:24
But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS LIFE IN THE HOLY GHOST
Romans 14:17
For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
THE KINGDOM OF GOD CANNOT BE DESTROYED BUT WILL ITSELF DESTROY
Daniel 2:44
And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NOT OF THIS WORLD
John 18:36
Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world; if it were, My servants would fight to prevent My arrest by the Jews. But now My kingdom is not of this realm.”

Have you asked God to set up His kingdom in Your hearts? Have you repented of your transgressions against His laws? Are you letting His Holy Spirit/Holy Ghost direct your steps. Are you soaking in God's presence by reading and studying His Word? If we don't make time for God now, why would He make time for us later? We need God now. We need Jesus Christ now. We crave the indwelling of the Trinity within us: to feed us, to lead us, to raise us up.

Dear God,
Thank You for sending Your only begotten Son to be my Savior; to be the King of my heart and the Lord of my life. Lord, I want Your kingdom built up in me. Take my heart to be Yours and reign in me.
O God, hear our prayer! Hear the cries of our hearts! Come, Lord Jesus, and take up residence in our hearts. We/I want to be Your people, Your children, Your servants, Your friends. I want to hear You say that I am Your friend. I long to hear Your voice say that I have been a good and faithful servant.
O Father, set up Your kingdom in me: reign forever in me. Be my God and I will be Your holy nation. Move through me, through us. We are a kingdom of workers. Our legs go where you direct our feet to walk. Our mouths open to speak the words of Your heart. Our arms are raise in worship, our hands are stretched out before us in surrender to You.
In Jesus' Holy Name, I pray,
Amen

Thanks Be To God -- For His Restoration

Isaiah 51:3
For the LORD will comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; He will make her wilderness like Eden and her desert like the garden of the LORD. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and melodious song.

Psalm 51:12
Restore to me the joy of Your salvation, and sustain me with a willing spirit.

Isaiah 61:3
To console the mourners in Zion—to give them a crown of beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and a garment of praise for a spirit of despair. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.

*Strong's Ex. Conc. No. 7725
Restore: to turn back, return
From the Hebrew word 'shub' (pronounced shoob), which means, in Psalm 51:12, to rebuild, to bring back home again, to cause to turn again.

It is the LORD God who causes restoration to be upon His people. It is God who creates and tears down only to restore and build up better His people (Deuteronomy 32:39). We are His workmanship (Ephesians 2:10), modeled on His Potter's wheel (Jeremiah 18:1-10 [in the potter's house]).
We are His planting (Isaiah 61:3), His field (John 4:35). In Him we are brought from destruction and death to restoration and life, for He is the God of Restoration, the One who brings Life back to His people. And He gives us everything we need to be sustained in this new Life in Him.
Therefore, we give Him what we have to give Him.

JOY
Romans 14:17
For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Galatians 5:22, 23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
AND GLADNESS
Psalm 16:11
You will show me the path of life: in Your presence is fulness of joy; at Your right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
THANKSGIVING
Thanksgiving is the thank-offering given to God by a choir of adoring worshippers. It is a confession of thanks rendered to God from a grateful heart. Thanks-Giving is sung, it is a sacrifice of praise given to God by a restored people, a delivered people.
2 Chronicles 29:31
Then Hezekiah said, “Now that you have consecrated yourselves to the LORD, come near and bring sacrifices and thank offerings to the house of the LORD.” So the assembly brought sacrifices and thank offerings, and all whose hearts were willing brought burnt offerings.
Romans 10:8, 9
(8) But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the Word of Faith we are proclaiming: (9) that if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Exodus 15:1, 2
(1)Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for He has triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider has He thrown into the sea
(2) The LORD is my Strength and Song, and He is become my Salvation: He is my God, and I will prepare Him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt Him.
Revelation 15:2-4
(2) And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
(3) And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are Your works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are Your ways, thou King of saints.
(4) Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? for You only are holy: for all nations shall come and worship before You; for Your judgments are made manifest.

We give God praise in songs combined with musical instruments, even if that musical instrument is us clapping our hands,
MELODIOUS SONG
Psalm 81:1, 2
(1) For the choirmaster. According to Gittith. Of Asaph. Sing for joy to God our strength; make a joyful noise to the God of Jacob.
(2) Lift up a song, strike the tambourine, play the sweet-sounding harp and lyre.

Having been restored (by His grace) and replanted (by His righteousness), we begin to bear fruit (see souls saved) and prosper (be profitable) in God's kingdom (Psalm 92:12-15; Psalm 1:3), which is where the born again believer lives and thrives.

Dear God,
I am so very thankful for all that You have done for me and in me that I may glorify Your name for all eternity.
Thank You for saving me. Thank You for restoring me to You and planting me in Your garden.
Please help me to tell everyone I know and everyone You place in my path, about Your Amazing Grace and Forever Love, with Your love; give me words to speak that they may hear.
Make me to be a profitable servant in Your house, that I may not be found wanting, but be a joy and a treasure to You. Cause me to grow where You have planted me, that Your Name would be glorified by the words and actions of my heart.
To God be the glory.
In Jesus' name, I pray,
Amen
