The Lord's Unfailing Compassion Is Ours

It is of The LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not.
Psalm 100:5 It Endures
Psalm 103:17 It is from Everlasting to Everlasting; It is for they who fear The Lord.
Isaiah 54:10 It will never leave us, nor will it be broken between The Lord and us.
Numbers 14:18 In His compassion The Lord forgives iniquity and transgression.
Deuteronomy 7:9 He keeps His covenant with us through thousands of generations.
Nehemiah 9:31 In His compassion The Lord does not kill us, nor does He forsake us.
Micah 7:19 In His compassion He vanquishes iniquity; all our sins He casts into the depths of the sea.
Matthew 14:14 With great compassion The Lord heals us.
Mark 8:2 With compassion The Lord feeds us.
Luke 7:13-16 With compassion The Lord will raise the dead and God will be glorified.
Luke 15:20-24 In His great unwavering compassion for His lost sons and daughters, He receives us when we return to Him; He embraces us and clothes us with honor and shods our feet with dignity; He gives us His seal and we are welcomed back into His house and His family.
We confess our guilt and our shame to The Lord, acknowledging that though we are not worthy to receive anything from Him, yet we beg Him to give us the least place of honor in His house and to feed us as He feeds all His servants.
We run to our heavenly Father and we plead for mercy and forgiveness, longing just to see Him and be in His house, even if we are not worthy to be in His presence.
And God runs to embrace us! He covers us with kisses! He is overjoyed to see us and He wraps His loving arms around us, raising us up out of the filth we are covered in and clothing us with robes of honor. He puts His seal on us. We have been forgiven and now we are forever in His family. We are sons and daughters of God, our heavenly Father, and we are home.
Because of His Unfailing Compassion upon all who fear Him: revere Him, love Him, praise Him, honor Him, worship Him, give Him all the glory.
