Patience Is Faith In Action

Patience is Faith in Action
over a long period of time.
~Andrew Wommack~
James 2:22 (referring to Abraham's obedience as our example)
You see that faith was working with his works,
and by works, faith was perfected.
FAITH is a verb and verbs are Action words.
Faith EXPRESSING itself through love:
Galatians 5:6
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. What matters is faith expressing itself through love.
Faith is a LABOUR of love.
1 Thessalonians 1:3
Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father.
Faith MINISTERS in love.
Hebrews 6:10
For God is not unjust. He will not forget your work and the love you have shown for His Name as you have ministered to the saints and continue to do so.
Faith WORKS with works (actions).
Faith in ACTION is learned.
Titus 3:14
And our people must also learn to devote themselves to good works in order to meet the pressing needs of others, so that they will not be unfruitful.
Faith PRODUCES integrity in the believer.
2 Peter 1:5-8
5. For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith virtue; and to virtue, knowledge;
6.  and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness;
7. and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love.
8. For if you possess these qualities and continue to grow in them, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Faith is DEAD without Action
James 2:17
So too, faith by itself, if it does not result in action, is dead.
Faith without love is USELESS.
1 Corinthians 13:2
If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have absolute faith so as to move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
Faith is PROVED by its actions, not by its words.
Titus 1:16
They profess to know God, but by their actions they deny Him. They are detestable, disobedient, and unfit for any good deed.
Faith ANSWERS the call to salvation and holiness. It turns to God and is saved by His power of salvation through His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ. The call goes out throughout the whole world. It RECEIVES the gift of His Holy Spirit Who imparts wisdom and revelation into the heart and mind of the believer.
Isaiah 45:22
Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I Am God, and there is no other.
Acts 4:12
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Romans 10:13
For whosoever shall call upon The Name of The Lord will be saved.
1 Timothy 2:5,6
For there is one God, and there is one Mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, Who gave Himself as a ransom for all—The Testimony that was given at just the right time.
Faith RECEIVES The Holy Spirit.
Acts 19:4-6
Paul explained: “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in The One coming after him, that is, in Jesus.”
On hearing this, they were baptized into The Name of The Lord Jesus.
And when Paul laid his hands on them, The Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied.

Which type of faith do you want God to know you for? A Living Active Faith? or a Dead Useless Faith? A Faith which moves mountains? or a faith that can't move anything? God knows who has what kind of faith.
For on that day that is near God will separate the people who have lived out their faith from the people who have only professed their faith. Those walk the walk and talk the talk will be placed near His side. Those who refused to walk the walk and were all talk will be place far from His side. For far from Him were they in life and eternally separated from Him will they be throughout eternity.
Do you want to have the faith of Abraham, who listened to God and obeyed when God said, "Go"? You can. Even now, God is calling in the sheep from His pastures. He calls us to draw near to Him. To follow His Voice. To hear His Wisdom. To seek His face. To know His Word, His Son Jesus Christ.
There are a lot of sheep pasturing, but not all of the sheep follow Him. Only the sheep who know His voice will answer His call to come near to Him; only the sheep whom The Good Shepherd knows by name are His. Only The Lord knows who belongs to Him and who doesn't. [Ezekiel 34; John 10:1-18].
The sword has been drawn, and the trumpet is getting ready to sound. Hear The Word of The Lord. Submit to God. Surrender your hearts and your minds to the belief that Jesus Christ is Lord. Give Him the reins of your life and let Him lead you where He would have you to go.
There's no time like the present time to come to Jesus.

In Christ - I Am Created By God

EPHESIANS 2:10
We are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared in advance as our way of life.

It is impossible to live a holy and righteous life without first believing that Jesus Christ is Lord; that He died on the cross taking the punishment of our sins upon Himself, and rising up from the grave to walk out into newness of life.
Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:16-18.
When we believe this, God is able to create us in His only begotten Son into a new creation, a new creature. We have been born again by the blood of God's only begotten Son Jesus Christ. In us God has planted a seed of faith which we are to exercise by trusting in His promises and His Holy Word; by going where God wants us to go, doing what God wants us to do, and speaking the Word which God has set forth for us to speak.
In our natural birth, we are created male and female. This does not change when we are created anew in Christ Jesus. Both men and women are called to believe in The Only Name Under Heaven by which we can be saved. Both men and women are called by God to serve in whatsoever capacity God calls us to serve. Ephesians 4:11-13.
We are called by God, in Christ, to witness to the world around us and to the parts of the world where God sends us. Mark 16:15. For the need to hear the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ is just as urgent as it is to speak the gospel. There are thousands of languages, many with different dialects. Even sign languages are different around the world. The gospel needs to be heard by all. Until the last person hears and then God will begin the next step in His war to defeat Satan once and for all.
In Christ there is no fear, no doubt, no wavering. There is boldness to speak, tact to speak with compassion and the love of God. There is a desire to reach everyone we know with the Love of God in Christ. And The Spirit within us nudges, prods, opens our mouths, (or causes our fingers to type), to speak up and speak out against injustice. For what is more unjust than to not know whether or not our neighbors, our families, our friends are saved by this Marvelous Amazing Grace which is alive within us?
I seldom speak to our neighbors because I remain indoors often, but I have begun to pray for my neighborhood the same way I pray for everyone else, even you. In Christ I am made strong, for He is my Strength. And in His Strength my frail body accomplishes the will of God in my life. Because my life belongs to Christ Jesus.
