Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, And in whose spirit there is no guile. Impute means to hold against, but the person who has been forgiven, their sins will not be held against them. And this can only happen when the person seeking forgiveness is honest and sincere and speaks from their heart; otherwise their words are just noise.
