For who is God save The LORD?
Or who is a rock save our God?
It is God that girds me with strength,
And makes my way perfect.
He makes my feet like hinds' feet,...
And sets me upon my high places.
He teaches my hands to war,
So that a bow of steel is broken in my arms.
Psalm 18:31-34

Psalm 18:31-34
I would have to be really physically strong to break a steel bow with my arms, knowing I cannot even break an egg without a bit of maneuvering.
While David was referring to weapons of warfare in the physical, I know this passage also refers to weapons of warfare in the spiritual. With God's strength, great strongholds of the enemy of our souls are brought down to nothing.
My hands go to war, when I fold them in prayer; when I lift them up in His praise; when I bring Him a clap offering. When I learn how God wants to be praised, then I am able to bring Him that praise. It is then, and only then, that He is able to inhabit *live, dwell, reside* the praises that I bring Him.
Wholehearted Sincere Praise is what He requires. No lip syncing. A lying heart can be seen by God and He will not receive the proffered praise from such. God is Holy and does not tolerate sin in His house(s).
