He Who Is Born of God Loves He Who Is Born of God

1 John 5:1
Everyone who believes [with a deep, abiding trust in the fact] that Jesus is The Christ (The Messiah, The Anointed) is born of God [that is, reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, and set apart for His purpose], and everyone who loves The Father also loves the child born of Him.
        1 John 4:20, 21
    20. If anyone says, “I love God,” but hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.
    21. And we have this commandment from Him: Whoever loves God must love his brother as well.
It is not enough to declare, "I am a Christian" and go on living our lives the way we've always lived them. Someone who truly follows (obeys) Christ will also love the other people who follow Christ.  We can't help it: that's the way we have been built. Or shall I say, rebuilt.
We are transformed day by day into the people God desires us to be. We are not 'chips off the old block': we are born from above, a new creation: created by God in Christ through The Holy Spirit. [Ephesians 4:24; Colossians 3:10; Ephesians 2:10].
We do not pick and choose whom we will shower our love on. We love our brothers and sisters in Christ just as deeply as we love those who are not. Our hearts are no longer filled with prejudices, nor are we a complaining people. Grumbling against God has consequences we don't want to go through.
We love our heavenly Father, God. Why? "Because He first loved us." [1 John 4:9]. Since God can look beyond our faults and still love us, so, too, should we look beyond the faults of those who fail us, or whom we have failed, and extend the love of God within us to them.
But if the love of God (Jesus Christ) is not living in us, then we cannot love others the way God loves us. The world we live in, especially our corner of it (wherever we are living), will not improve until God improves us.
We must be born again by God into His family first before any change can take place. And the first change that happens is that we believe that Jesus Christ is The Messiah, The Anointed, The Only Begotten Son of God. Do you believe?
Jesus loves us with an unprejudicial love. Men and women and children. All races, all nations. Slaves and slaveowners. Strangers, aliens, foreigners. Civilized or uncivilized.
    Colossians 3:11
Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian (wild people), slave, or free, but Christ is all and is in all.
    Romans 10:12
For there is no difference between Jew and Greek: The same Lord is Lord of all, and gives richly to all who call on Him.
    1 Corinthians 12:13
For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, slave or free, and we were all given one Spirit to drink.
    Galatians 3:28
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
    Mark 10:14
But when Jesus saw it, He was greatly displeased and said to them, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God."
    Zechariah 7:9,10
"This is what The LORD of Hosts says: ‘Administer true justice. Show loving devotion and compassion to one another. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, The alien (stranger/foreigner) or the poor. Let none of you plan evil in his heart against his brother.’"

Born of God

1 John 3:9
Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.
James 1:18
It was of His own will that He gave us birth [as His children] by The Word of Truth, so that we would be a kind of first fruits of His creatures [a prime example of what He created to be set apart to Himself—sanctified, made holy for His divine purposes].
Deliberate, willful, purposeful sin is not of God, nor can it take place in the heart of one who has surrendered their hearts and lives to God through His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ. Submission to God means we reject submission to the devil.
With Christ Jesus living in us and His Holy Spirit teaching us how to live righteous and holy lives for God, we do not want to sin any more. Willful sin is willful disobedience to God and God's Word.
A teacher can only teach the teachable, the one who wants to learn. A teacher cannot teach the one who refuses to learn. The Holy Spirit of God is the Teacher of God's Word to the child of God who wants to know God, and see God with greater clarity of understanding.
When Jesus Christ walked this earth with His disciples, He was their Teacher. But when He ascended to God's right hand, The Holy Spirit was sent to be The Teacher (The Guide, The Revealer of Truth).
    1 Corinthians 2:10
For God has unveiled them and revealed them to us through The [Holy] Spirit; for The Spirit searches all things [diligently], even [sounding and measuring] the [profound] depths of God [the divine counsels and things far beyond human understanding]. (AMP Bible)
Those who have been born of God are learning to forgive. It helps to forgive everything and anything every day and every night. Being easily offended is not an option for those who have been born into the family of God. Whether the offense was intended or not, forgiveness for it must be made. Don't let it stew in our hearts and turn into bitterness and begrudgements. Remember, as much as we are forgiven, God will forgive us. If we don't forgive those who have sinned against us, God can't forgive those who have sinned against Him. [Matthew 6:14,15; Colossians 3:13].
When we believe that Jesus Christ is Lord, we receive Him by the power of God's Holy Spirit into our hearts. God writes His Love, His Word, on our hearts. The more we take in of His Word, the more our hearts are filled with His Word, His Love. The heart of the believer expands and flexes, enabling it to grow stronger in its daily walk with Jesus.
The Law of God reveals sin. The Love of God forgives sin. The Law of God is easily broken and broken laws result in death. The Love of God washes away sin and cleanses a person from all unrighteousness; Its result is Life, Eternal Life.
To be born of God is to have God's Love, God's Son Jesus Christ, God's Word, living in us. He thrives where He is wanted and loved. Just like any of us who are truly wanted and steadfastly loved: we thrive, we grow, we multiply. We create families and friendships that last beyond death.
Because we have been born of God into a new Life in Christ, we encourage our families and our friends to seek out this new Life in Christ for themselves, that we may all live together in heaven with Christ forever.
Remember, only God can cause a person to be born into His family. That's why John wrote "born of God". No one else can birth us into God's family. Anyone who says they can is a liar and is of the devil. Don't trust them. No amount of money, no blessing water, no holy oil, NOTHING is going to get you into heaven except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified and resurrected.
When God places His Holy Spirit in us, The Holy Spirit begins transforming the willing, believing heart, into a heart that can be used for God. A heart that repents and cries out to God for forgiveness because it knows how weak it is. A heart that rejoices and worships The God Who Forgives. A heart that loves everyone. A heart that is easily broken for God.
A heart that reaches out with The Light and Love of God into a dark and treacherous world to share The Light and The Love of God with the lost, the lonely, the seeking, the hurt: anyone and everyone at any given opportunity. We shine our seemingly "little lights" because we are so few in number. Yet, The Light shines. Yet, The Love spreads.
I have been born of God into the family of God. And we want you to be a member of our family, too.

Jehovah Elohim - The Lord Is My God

JEHOVAH ELOHIM
(pronounced yah-veh el-o-heem)

The LORD Is My God

Zechariah 13:9
“And I will bring the third part through the fire, Refine them as silver is refined, And test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, And I will listen and answer them; I will say, ‘They are My people,’ And they will say, ‘The LORD is my God.’”

Malachi 3:3
And He will sit as a Refiner and Purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver. Then they will present offerings to The LORD in righteousness.
Leviticus 26:11-12
And I will make My dwelling place among you, and My soul will not despise you.
I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be My people.
Jeremiah 30:32
"And you will be My people, and I will be your God."
Isaiah 48:10
See, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.
1 Peter 1:6, 7
In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in various trials so that the proven character of your faith—more precious than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Hebrews 12:5-8
“My son, do not take lightly the discipline of The Lord,
and do not lose heart when He rebukes you.
For the Lord disciplines the one He loves,
and He chastises every son He receives.”
Endure suffering as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father? If you do not experience discipline like everyone else, then you are illegitimate children and not true sons.
John 1:13, 14
But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His Name, He gave the right to become children of God--children born not of blood, nor of the desire or will of man, but born of God.

Everyone struggles. But not everyone struggles the same way. Some struggle physically, some struggle emotionally, some struggle spiritually. Some struggle against God, some struggle with God.
To those who struggle in this life without the power and love of God living in their hearts, without The Spirit of The Living God transforming their hearts and minds and lives into Kingdom thinking and living, why do you hesitate to believe that Jesus Christ Is LORD, that He died on the cross for you and walked out of that empty grave? Not everything can be proven, that's why it's called faith.
Faith in God through Jesus Christ is believing the improbable. Believing the improbability that God placed His own Word in a baby Who would grow up to be revealed as The only begotten Son of God, The Lamb of God Who Takes Away The Sins of The World. Believing the improbability that there is a God Who loves us that much. Believing without seeing.
Faith in God through Jesus Christ is believing the impossible can be accomplished. God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, even if we can't see where He leads us, we believe that He will never take us where we don't want to go. While we do not want to get sick or injured, nor do we want to know sorrow and grief, these things will happen because of the cursed earth on which we live.
But what if we are living a righteous and holy life in Christ? and then something bad happens? Should we stop praising God, should we stop following God, should we stop believing that God knows best? No, absolutely not. What if we are criticized for our Christianity? Mocked for our strong faith? Tortured for refusing to deny God and Jesus Christ? Still, even yet, we withstand the onslaught of torment that rises against us. We stand up and say, Jehovah Elohim--The Lord Is My God.
