Ephesians 6:16
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
The SHIELD
The shield described here would give a person full body protection, covering a person completely. Since it refers to an armament of spiritual warfare, this shield of faith would cover a person completely once they have it on.
2 Samuel 22:36
You have given me Your SHIELD of salvation, and Your gentleness exalts me.
Psalm 18:30
As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a SHIELD to all who take refuge in Him.
Zechariah 12:8
On that day the LORD will DEFEND the people of Jerusalem, so that the weakest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the LORD going before them.
Exodus 14:19
And the angel of God, who had GONE BEFORE the camp of Israel, withdrew and WENT BEHIND them. The pillar of cloud also moved from before them and stood behind them.
FAITH
Romans 10:17
So then FAITH comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.

Romans 1:16, 17

For the gospel reveals the righteousness of God that comes by FAITH from start to finish, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by FAITH.” (Habakkuk 2:4)
Galatians 2:16
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the FAITH OF JESUS CHRIST, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the FAITH OF CHRIST, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
