Names of Christ - I AM Alpha & Omega

 Revelation 1:8

"I Am The Alpha and The Omega, The Beginning and The Ending," says The LORD God, "which is, and which was, and which is to come, The Almighty."

I AM THE ALPHA AND THE OMEGA
EIMI AL-FAH O
(pronounced ay-MEE AL-fah O'-meg-ah)

Christ's limitlessness -- without end/without beginning; always has been, still is, and always will be -- is without compare. For our Savior is The Living Word of God. John 1:14 "And The Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of The Only Begotten of The Father,) full of grace and truth." The Living Word.
As John also wrote in John 14:6: Jesus is The Way, The Truth and The LIFE. And, again, in John 7:39, referring the The Spirit of GOD, the believer in Christ would have Living Water flow out of them.

GOD is the only neverending GOD. He is above all gods (which are created by mankind) and is therefore Sovereign (Psalm 135:5). As the only GOD of any worth or value, He is to be feared (1 Chronicles 16:25), He is to be honored by giving Him ourselves (1 Corinthians 6:20) We are to love GOD wholeheartedly (Mark 12:30, Deuteronomy 6:5). We are to obey GOD (Job 36:11, Acts 5:29, Romans 6:16) faithfully. GOD is holy and requires holy people.

GOD The Father Creates and Destroys. He sets up and tears down.
GOD The Son Saves through the blood He shed on the cross, gives New Life by conquering death for all who believe in Him, and Judges in righteousness when the time is given for judgment.
GOD The Spirit Breathes new life into the believer's body and soul, which begins the process of sanctification in making GOD's people holy, that we might remain in GOD's holy presence which demands holiness in return.

Before there was an Earth, there was GOD, there was JESUS CHRIST, there was THE HOLY SPIRIT. Before there were stars in the sky, before the sun knew existence, before the moon shined in the night sky, there was GOD, there was JESUS CHRIST, there was THE HOLY SPIRIT. (Genesis 1)
After this Earth is obliterated, and replaced with a new Earth and a new heavens, GOD will be, JESUS CHRIST will be, THE HOLY SPIRIT will be. (Revelation 20-22).
But now, while today is today, if you do not believe that JESUS CHRIST is GOD's ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, you still have time to choose to believe in your heart that HE IS SAVIOR and speak aloud with your mouth that JESUS CHRIST IS LORD, thus announcing and declaring your faith in GOD through His Son JESUS CHRIST. AND in these days in which we live GOD IS, JESUS CHRIST IS and THE HOLY SPIRIT IS.

Forever and ever. Amen.

I Am Your Deliverer

NATSAL HALAH
(naw-tsal haw-law)
I AM YOUR DELIVERER
Jeremiah 1:8, 19

"Do not be afraid of their faces, For I am with you to deliver you,” says The LORD.

"They will fight against you, But they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you,” says The LORD, “to deliver you.”

Before He could become our Deliverer, Jesus first had to be delivered to the chief priests. For thirty pieces of silver Judas sold his alliance to Jesus. He did not believe that Jesus was The Messiah, only a prophet who could fill his own pockets.

Having conspired with the priests and scribes Judas turned against The One he had been following. He was a wolf in sheep's clothing. That money did him no good at all. He never got to spend it. He didn't even want to touch it after Jesus he saw Jesus being crucified. Judas threw the silver money at the priests and went out and killed himself. Remorseful, yes. Guilty, yes. He had, after all, sold an innocent Man into the custody of the chief priests and their scribes. But unrepentant. Nonetheless, now Jesus had been delivered into the first place He would be judged.

Realizing Jesus would not back down from speaking God's Word, nor would He stop causing miracles to happen, and not wanting His blood on their hands, they turned Him over to the gentile (non-Jewish) authority who ruled the land: Pontius Pilate and Herod. Acts 4:26, 27; Matthew 27:1, 2; John 18:28-31.

These acts and accusations against Jesus had all been foretold by prophets in days gone by, and confirmed by the apostles in early New Testament days:

*Isaiah 53:5-12
But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. / We all like sheep have gone astray, each one has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid upon Him the iniquity of us all. / He was oppressed and afflicted, yet He did not open His mouth. He was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is silent, so He did not open His mouth.
*Psalm 22:16-18
For dogs surround me; a band of evil men encircles me; they have pierced my hands and feet. / I can count all my bones; they stare and gloat over me. / They divide my garments among them and cast lots for my clothing.

*Acts 2:22-24
He was delivered up by God’s set plan and foreknowledge, and you, by the hands of the lawless, put Him to death by nailing Him to the cross. / But God raised Him from the dead, releasing Him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep Him in its grip.
*Matthew 27:2
And when they had bound Him, they led Him away, and delivered Him to Pontius Pilate the governor.

From the kangaroo court where He was judged and condemned, His mutilated body, bleeding from head to toe, carried (with help) the cross on which He would be nailed through the city streets and up the hill on which the cross would be installed. There He would become our Delivered, our Savior, our Redeemer. But deliverance did not end there.

After Jesus died and was buried in a tomb, He delivered us from death, from hell and from the grave. None of these things have power over they who believe on His Name for their salvation. 1 Corinthians 15:55 “Where, O Death, is your sting?
Where, O Grave, is your victory?” Had Jesus not delivered us from death, hell and the grave, we would have no victory. But He did! and we do!

Jesus Christ is our Deliverer. Do you believe? Is Jesus with you to deliver you? He is with me and I am delivered, saved and redeemed!

Who Are You Following?

To follow Christ is to refrain from going after sin and it's rebellions. It is to choose the Savior and reject the destructor. For Satan, Beelzebub, the devil, the antichrist wants to destroy a person's soul that the one who fails to follow Christ will die in their sins and be forever lost.

Christ Jesus, however, made a way to overcome sin: John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever shall call upon The Name of The LORD will be saved." Whosoever means anyone anywhere at any time can come to Jesus, come to the cross, where we, like the thief next to Him, can call on Him Name and say, "LORD (acknowledging that Jesus Christ is indeed LORD OF ALL), remember me." And Jesus will know our names, just as He responded to that thief, "This day you will be with me in paradise."

What are we saved from? Eternal death and damnation, the destruction of our souls, forever separated from God with no hope of reconciliation. John 3:17, 18 "For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. He that believes is not condemned: but that believes not is condemned already, because He has not believed in The Name of the only begotten Son of God."

2 Timothy 2:19
Nevertheless, God’s firm foundation stands, bearing this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Everyone who calls on The Name of the Lord must turn away from iniquity.”

Now that we are following Christ, we simply cannot, nor must we turn back to sin/iniquity/transgressions. No, we are not perfect yet, for we still must live our lives until God calls our names to come home. But sin must no longer control our thoughts and our lives, for we are Christ's now, having surrendered not only our hearts to Him, but our minds and our bodies to His service. We are called to separate ourselves from a worldly lifestyle and be set apart for God.

Those who say they believe in Christ, yet still live a life opposed to God and His Word, are liars: having been lied to, deceived by the devil, they lie to themselves and are deluded into thinking they are just fine, when the opposite is true. For The Word of God tells us that they will not be able to enter heaven.
Revelation 21:8
"But to the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and sexually immoral and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. This is the second death.”
Revelation 21:27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
Matthew 13:41-43
The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will weed out of His kingdom every cause of sin and all who practice lawlessness. / And they will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. / Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters (idol worship), nor adulterers, nor men who submit to or perform homosexual acts, / nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.
Galatians 5:19-21
The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, and debauchery; / idolatry and sorcery; hatred, discord, jealousy, and rage; rivalries, divisions, factions, / and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

We are called to live our faith publicly that those who see us and know us know that we are different, that they would want what we have: Joy in our salvation; Peace of mind and heart; Love for everyone; Patience to endure; Compassion for all; Goodness; Unshakeable Faith; Meekness (Strength to Withstand Silently); Temperance (Self-Discipline). Galatians 5:22-23.

Choosing to live a life that honors God is not going to be easy, nor should it be. For Christ has said that the people who choose to follow Him will also suffer for Him:
Matthew 5:10-12
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. / Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. / Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets before you.
2 Timothy 3:12
Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.
1 Peter 3:14
But even if you should suffer because of righteousness, you are blessed. "And you should not be afraid of their threats, neither should you be troubled."
James 1:2
Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.
